*RESCHEDULED*

darkrun has been rescheduled to 21st March 2020 – all registered attendees will be invited to re-register.

We are so excited to have partnered with Worthing parkrun to host Worthing’s 1st ever Glow Run

Dark Run is an exciting new collaboration between Worthing parkrun, South Downs Leisure and Tide of Light.

Come and take part in our 5k seafront run in the dark and open to all abilities. The route will be the same as the Saturday Worthing parkrun and will be expertly and safely managed by the Worthing parkrun Team.

Run it how you like, quickly, slowly, on your own, with a gang, dressed up, lit up, painted up. Whatever rocks your trainers.

MEETING TIME: 18:30

RUN STARTS: 19:00

 MEETING POINT:

Splash Pad area between the Leisure Centre & Coast Café at 18:30 for the pre-run briefing. Runners will be walked down to the start to keep the promenade clear as much as possible. The run takes you past the Pier and Lido to West Worthing, before turning round and finishing in Beach House Grounds outside Splashpoint Leisure Centre.

The course is a flat run, entirely run on tarmac. The start line is in the Splash Point area on Worthing promenade (close to the pier), and it is an out-and-back course finishing adjacent to (the similarly named) Splashpoint Leisure Centre.

Worthing Parkrun x Tide of Light

Come and enjoy the magic of night running and getting togged up in UV paint, Glow sticks, LED outfits, or just a head torch.

Worthing Parkrun is our fabulous 5k seafront run every Saturday, if you want to practice for Darkrun this is the best place to do it.
